Dont even wash my face or rinse it with water.

I only occasionally splash my face when I bathe.

Acne should be fixed from the inside out. If youre naturally sensitive to acne, but skin is clear without needing any form of skincare its a testimate your actual health

Exact same here. Nothing. No cleanser, no moisturiser, none of that shit.

Not a pimple or skin issue in sight on roids. Man I love Dut.

What about a SPF
only prevents aging if done with a PA++++

might also boost things like collagen/skin firmity but not by much

Why are you even posting this is you've already done a cycle of accutane :feelsuhh:
Before accutane my skin quality was a 1-1 correlation to what I ate

Hurts coming from a 2020cel
I'm sorry bro, but it's the truth.
The myth that skin health "comes from within" is such a greycel take and simply not true. Acne, eczema, rosacea etc. are not an indicator of your "inner health" (whatever that means), they are actual conditions that need to be treated with the right meds. It's nice that you don't need any skincare to look good but this won't be the case for most people. Also: a skincare regimen will pay off in the long run when it comes to anti-aging.

Isnt tret enough?

''just get a skincare routine bro'' literally every single product I have ever bought burns my face and irritates it, no matter how much research I do into the ingredients and pick ones everyone says are the most friendly to sensitive skin. I have wasted so much money on these BS products.

A basic regimen with cleanser - treatment - moisturizer - sunscreen (in the mornings) should be used by everyone. Tret is a good active ingredient but if you don't use a good moisturizer and most importantly a good sunscreen you might as well not use anything at all.
People will pin ghk-cu but not use a serum that has a far greater effect on facial skin; I just can't comprehend this.

Do you have rosacea?

Treatment being the active ingredient?

Not that I know of, I don't have acne, just occasional singular spots appear at times. I have no idea why I can't tolerate anything on my face

So no facial redness? Which compounds irritated you?

Did you not make multiple posts talking about how you are on isotretinoin?

Title of thread: "I do absolutely nothing for skincare" :feelswat:
I assume from re-reading the thread that your definition of skincare is stuff you apply topically.

Yeah, the only times I got acne breakouts were when I ate fried foods or foods with seed oils.

I stopped getting acne at around 19. I didn't change anything.

Most serums do absolutely jackshit though.

No one knows is GHK-Cu is better than serums, but it seems like it is.

The heavy hitters are SPF and something like tret/taz/isotret.

There are GHK-Cu serums and they have a greater effect on the face than injected GHK-Cu. The peptide hype rn is laughable. People will take smth like GHK-Cu or TB-500 for lower inflammation in their skin or better complexion but not use active ingredients like niacinamide, tranexamic acid, BHA, Vitamin C, Vitamin A derivatives etc. which all have a solid scientific basis and are pretty cheap.

But yeah, sunscreen is the most important factor for sure.

taz truly changed my face - i have 5 people IRL asking me for skincare advice and what I use - its real. I also use a non-comedogenic moisturizer cuz my skin cnat handle the dryness taz provides. and focourse SPF 50

THere is no data saying serums are better really.
Its just that we have no in human trials on injectable

Should I stack them?

Well, it's common sense that when a compound (must be well formulated obv) is directly applied on the face, optimally with dermarolling/-stamping, the concentration of said compound will be greater in the facial skin than when a compound is injected subq in the belly because then it would be distributed evenly in your body.

Should I stack them?
Stack what exactly?

Not necessarily. Accutane is like 10x more powerful than other retinoids

niacinamide, tranexamic acid, BHA, Vitamin C, Vitamin A derivatives

Should they be stacked on top of eachother for optimal results and if so which ones?
