I do skincare but my skin get worst, acne , close comedo. iam on tretinoin at 6 week maybe

Prob the amounts of chemicals are irritating your skin, you should try just use the basic and do a bit of sun exposure

And if you want to use serums you should try microneedling too so the liquid abosrbs better.
