More specifically i dont believe mewing can change a persons face to better looking.

but i still do it. Not hard. But its correct tongue posture

mewing made my face worse, I was doing it properly, when I stopped it my face got better like it was before mewing, I just breath through the nose with mouth closed and aligned teeth, never doing force against the palate again

might as well do it, but don't expect huge results especially as an adult
