hitting the back of my head to emulate weed and alcohol and cold showers + nofap for stimulants

Which ones are worth it
DMT under extremely controlled environment, and either Shrooms or Microdose Shrooms (I prefer the latter), again in very controlled environments. ALMOST everything else is trash.

S, A, B, C, D, E all have random stuff like mdma, lsd, diazepam, ketamine, coke, 2cb, ghb, etc
F tier: 4MMC and variants, Tramadol, Alcohol

In my experience and everyone I've talked to that have done it within controlled environments and with the right knowledge have basically ascended their brains. It gives you another perspective on life that you can't imagine right now even if you try your best. That being said, even the "best" drugs on earth barely manage to hold a candle to good old meditation. Not even joking.

But I tried it and i fall asleep instead of ascending my brain

I do interoception from time to time for like half an hour how do long you do it for ?

It's not really about how you do it, it's about how consistent you are. Meditation is like working out but with only upsides unlike working out. The way I do it is I hold my fingers in a specific position (any of your choice) and focus on my breathing. Doing those two simultaneously will usually not allow you to be able to let your mind wander and have random thoughts, which essentially gives your brain a break. If at any moment you manage to think about random things, that usually means either your fingers/hands have now slowly fallen down or you stopped focusing on your breathing. After a while, you get used to it and you simply exist, not thinking about anything. When done, you will feel extremely fresh. When done consistently over months, you will ascend mentally and physically. It truly is like magic. I usually do 15-35 minute sessions depending on what I have to get done that day.

I can do this already but my mind is to "outward" from accidentally clearing my mind and always living in the present so I have to balance it out by doing the opposite
