If you were to fast for 2-3 would you not just lose water weight and barely any bodyfat? Would you not just gain back all the weight after as well.
And if you only eat like 600-800 calories a day would you not just lose a lot of water weight muscles and minimal fat?
So much mixed opinions some saying it’s good some saying it’s bad don’t get what’s the best option to lose fat fast without needing to take fat burners and such.
