If you were to fast for 2-3 would you not just lose water weight and barely any bodyfat? Would you not just gain back all the weight after as well.

And if you only eat like 600-800 calories a day would you not just lose a lot of water weight muscles and minimal fat?

So much mixed opinions some saying it’s good some saying it’s bad don’t get what’s the best option to lose fat fast without needing to take fat burners and such.

it's all about calories in, calories out
starving is stupid because you'll feel tired all the time and your cravings will be at an all time high so you'll end up binging and resetting your progress to zero

okay, so i have had two weight loss journeys. one was from 76 to 60 kg other was from 65 to 60 kg.

so i started off 76 and lost to 60 kg reaaaaal fast with starving. this made me look uncanny and really fucking ugly even tho i am same bodyfat as i was then now.

from the 65 to 60 kg i lost it slow and still ate so i felt full. now i have same definition yet i have much more soft tissue around eye area and look much better with same angularity and shi

it’s better to not lose weight at all than to starve, especially while your in puberty. (Unless your a fucking fatty)

if u wanna lose fat and muscle to look like a twink starvemaxxing is definitely the method but if not, dont starvemaxx

Just do a brief water fast for ~3 days if you really want to drop a few kegs quickly.
i.e., nothing but water.

I might be dumb but I was unironically thinking this. I would get to like 9% bf in 5 days. Why endure months of a chronic deficit?

my friend (before starvemaxxing was even a tiktok thingie) ate nothing and only drank water for like a week (maybe 2 im unsure) and lost all his weight and never regained it

my female classmate did the same but ended up regaining the weight later

You can't sustain a water fast, it is a short-term remedy and not a long-term solution.
If you have a few kegs you want to lose like mentioned then yes, great idea when done infrequently, but a small deficit for months is sustainable and arguably less taxing compared to effectively starving yourself for a few days.
I'm sure you get this though, just my two cents.
