I dont have signs of growth spurt even tho i have complete body hair 14yo

Im 14 yo I have alot of body hair, slight chest hair like slightly barely noticeable and a little bit of hair on my chin, my knees pop in the morning but that's my only fucking sign?? Im 170 cm i dont get it.
