It's fucking boring ngl, I would much rather use the time for something else. I hope the guy here is right and we will have pills in the future that give you muscles without exercise:
I don't like going to the gym, I hope it becomes unnecessary in the near future

Yeah I think it might have even benefits for anti-aging, I'm not sure but everything that leads to stress can age you, so exercise probably too.

working out is unnatural
humans in nature don't stress their own bodies unnecessarily by pick heavy objects for no reason and running around all day
humans didn't lift weights to tackle beasts and mammoths to hunt them for food... instead like true hunter gatherers, humans worked as a team to bring down a mammoth while hunting it using stones and spears
women only really care about your face, bones, phenotype, height, frame, voice and hair... neither of which you can change
