I don't really want to live in an ethnically homogenous city

Multicultural/multiethnic cities are more fun, so long as the base host culture remains influential and dominant. It is interesting seeing and talking to people of all different races and ethnic backgrounds.

The only conditions I would demand of them are as follows:

-College educated
-Knows the host language.
-No criminal record
