I remember before having this problem I went to a poor low class barber shop bcoz my relatives hated my hair so much they insisted me and took me to the closest barber shop they could find at late night
Most probably he made a cut with bad unhygienic blade while separating my hair from the top right side of my head
, after that cut I started having itch burning feeling on that patch of my scalp
, I thought it was dandruff
It also happens that i have a mole in the middle of that patch, maybe that also triggered infection when scrated with blade

I though that was melanoma skin cancer but that mole was present since birth

Couple of week ago I was also going through high fever 103f , bcos of food poisoning indigestion that could also triggered immune system response causing bald spot
Today I got recommended by a expensive medical oncologist to get a skin biopsy check up, he booked us an appointment to his dermatologist and hair specialist friend clinic

He did skin biopsy, giving me two injection one on arm and other on the mole/patch to desensitize

It will take a week to get results

One thing for sure, that bald hair patch will be permanent
I hate making my mother spend so much money on me but biopsy had to be done

Haha over my friend life is such a joke. But remember there's people in worse situations health wise, such as me.

What health condition you got?
A shit ton related to inmune system (my antinuclear antibodies are insanely high, 30 times more than normal) such as lupus, arthritis, vitiligo, raynaud, psoriasis, eczema etc. also myopia, fatty liver, gray hair and ED at only 16 yo...

It's what it's

Worse comes to worst, u get scalp micropigmentation on that area and then comb hair over it

Glad to hear it’s nothing serious. I would rather have a bald spot than skin cancer.

What age are you now?

I had a bunch of health issues from 16 yo as well and my life has been heel ever since. I don’t know what’s causing my issues 100% unfortunately, although the doctors have come to some sorts of conclusions.

even barber blade in India is unhygeic? did the hindu barber wipe his ass with it or what?

he was a muslim barber
there are two kinds of blades, the one that he puts on the beard shaving/linning cutter,he put a new one with anti germ spray on it
and other one that is attached to the top of clipper machine, which he probably cant change,i thick that may be probably what causes infection on my right side of scalp
or it could be that be scratched my molde causing infection

or other case where i was in very high fever for 10 days earlier this month ,causing immune system change, giving me scarring alopecia

(that barber was a bit poor, but very high value for money)
