People with much smaller heads never get called skullcel, I have been told multiple times I have a very small head in person
Even 5'8 guys don't get called short in the west. I have been called so by multiple people at 5'10 in India
People literally have bulging eyes but somehow my dark circles get pointed out all the time even though my eyes are quite deep set in other ways
much fatter people are never called chubby
I am talking about among normies in my experience
