It's your maxilla and mandible (brutal)

You don't just need genio, you need lefort 1 and bimax. After those brutal recoveries, keratopigmentation and rhinoplasty. If your under eye doesn't get better then get fat grafting or implants in that region.

Hyper divergent jaw, recessed mandible, and prominent dorsal hump are going to be your biggest flaws. The dorsal hump isn’t like the worst it could be but it’s not good.

You have good features (thick eyebrows, clear skin, etc) but there’s nothing about your bone structure that sticks out or looks good.
