What bones are responsible for this, someone said it's because of low nasal bridge, but Asians don't have this as I observe irl and Gandy probably biggest medial canthus mogger gave more high nasal bridge and prominent nose overall

a long sharp and downturned medial canthus relies on

• high degree of positive canthal tilt 4+ degrees for an actually downturned medial canthus that makes a v shape
• a sharp and defined lateral canthus (one of the most important things for a good eye area and a lot of canthoplasty doctors fuck it up) as it contrasts well
• a forward and well developed maxilla (if your maxilla was flat it wouldn't have support thus making your orbitals recessed, and loosening the canthal tendons.
• an overdeveloped lacrimal caruncle
• lacrimal sac being placed vertically downwards
• wide punctum offering more mm of palpebral fissure length on the
• canaliculi structure

genetics plays into part for MOST of the makeup of the medial canthus

the problem with asians is that most of them just have monolids which is just the upper eyelid epicanthic fold

now after this the eyes will look a lot better more PFL better palpebral fissure height ratio higher lateral canthus if requested
most asians i see have flat supras and some have recessed infra orbitals which is why their eye areas don't look intimidating and don't have that shadow covering the upper eyelid

compare that to an asian man in a mirror selfie that doesn't have a shadow being casted by the supra orbital bone instead has under eye hollowness due to recession HES RRECESSSEDDDD!

bones are the most important for the o'pry look now what makes o'prys eye area special is not the PFL while it's not death tier even i mog o'prys pfl and there's an explanation for why. it's because his infra orbitals are so deepset it's literally cucking his PFL which is why it's advised after getting orbital implants to get canthoplasty for 2.5mm of PFL you would've lost so to balance it out. o'pry has the most deep set infras in the whole world so it'd be important to get an implant for it, i'm an avid bonesmasher but i'm afraid bonesmashing won't give you an o'pry tier infra orbital rim maybe if you smashed consistently for 7+months but that's only a maybe.

check my thread for this as it might give some insight
but since im obviously the only one who is actually an avid surgery maxxer on this site and one of the few actually blackpilled im a scientist as well and literally graduated college courses
a long sharp and downturned medial canthus relies on

• high degree of positive canthal tilt 4+ degrees for an actually downturned medial canthus that makes a v shape
• a sharp and defined lateral canthus (one of the most important things for a good eye area and a lot of canthoplasty doctors fuck it up) as it contrasts well
• a forward and well developed maxilla (if your maxilla was flat it wouldn't have support thus making your orbitals recessed, and loosening the canthal tendons.
• an overdeveloped lacrimal caruncle
• lacrimal sac being placed vertically downwards
• wide punctum offering more mm of palpebral fissure length on the
• canaliculi structure

genetics plays into part for MOST of the makeup of the medial canthus
