exercise is good as long as it doesnt exceed 40 minutes total a week
the studies goatis are using both agree with this, however exercising 120 minutes a week would be worse than exercising 0 minutes a week. 40 is the sweet spot for this

All of this is just basic things an upper middle class income can afford. Cut out the supplements and ice baths and everyone can eat healthy sleep well and be less sedentary

8 hours minimum btw, something between 8-11 hours is optimal depending on age and each physiology.
