Rhino would look uncanny on me i think.
Do you think it will uplift considering im getting posterior impaction? Im thinking maxillary advancing alone should already elevate nose tip

Yes it will for sure elevate nose tip, and when you have forward growth your nose tend to fit in better anyway so should be alright for you, good luck for trimax tho it’s a hell of a process

Depends on the exact procedures in the rhino. Simply removing some nasal soft tissues would probably make most people look better.
