I don't want to age but don't want to quit those habits

I don't want to quit eating junk food nor do I want to try to sleep more (impossible for me can't sleep over 6 hours a night) or go to sleep early, I'm now stressing over whether I should permanently cut junk food and only eat it in special ocassions e.g.: you are abroad and you eat some local food that can be considered unhealthy/junk food or just continue with it while doing everything I can to not age, I'm turning 24 tomorrow so it's getting dangerous.
 
as long as garbage doesn't exceed much more than a third of your calories on a weekly basis you're fine.

more sleep is preferable though.

how is that possible? I can't sleep like you and there's literally nothing I would want more, nothing not even a gigastacy gf, than to have normal sleep

isn't 7-8 hours a day the normal sleeping time? I most days get 5-6 hours and sometimes cannot even get 3 yet feel completely fine as if I had slept 8 hours

Low sleep will wreck you for sure. Experiment with melatonin, valerian, herbs and meditation. Also practice sleep hygiene (don't lay in bed all day, wake up at the same time each day, no screens before bed etc etc just google)

Same with diet.

These habits, along with stress and sunlight, will age you very hard.

MK677 fixed my sleep issues completely, though you can’t really use it long term unless your diet is strict af
 
I honestly don't know if to quit junk food or not, after doing some research online it says that food changes are some of the reasons for why people stay looking younger nowadays than before, my cousins are 35 and they still look 21-25 and they also eat crap all the time, what if there is something about highly processed food that combats aging? I mean after all all the looksmaxing antiaging stuff such as tretinoin, moisturizer, cleanser etc are artificial stuff

 
acording to this shit it's not only junk food but literally everything, fuck this shit , cannot even eat grilled food, I'm keeping myself lean enought to be attractive and eating whatever the fuck I want, roping and going ER before 30.

My T levels mog 99% of young teenager who are at their highest t level on their entire lives and I'm almost 10 years older than them, it is because of this that I want to do whatever I want. High T = you do what you want, I want to eat crap all day long and look prime at 96 I don't give a shit about ''how stuff works'' I didn't make nor choose any of that shit, if anything I should IQmax and get on finding a cure for all this aging abomination.

Wtf? It's not a myth lmfao. UV exposure leads to premature aging. Can just wear sunblock to prevent this.

If I and the rest of the world are mistaken plz post a source showing sun does not age. A google search will show countless studies, websites, sources claiming UV exposure leads to aging. Know some people in cosmetic surgery business who validate this.

Once you turn 33, you will realize life isn’t over. What if you ascend and have an intimate female or offspring? Even if you don’t, you probably won’t rope because you will have family or friends, or your instincts to survive will impede your desire to be free. So if you are forced to live, you would at that time prefer and therefore strive to live the best you can, even if you face the insidious deterioration of your body until the inevitable end, and your prime years are forever gone. If your life doesn’t matter because it isn’t the pinnacle of modern existence, then why now, as you are browsing this site, do you care about anything? This point proves that you will still care at 33, unless you are extremely suicidal. If you are only concerned about your life during your prime, you could technically extend it by following a strict anti aging protocol btw.
