I don't want to quit eating junk food nor do I want to try to sleep more (impossible for me can't sleep over 6 hours a night) or go to sleep early, I'm now stressing over whether I should permanently cut junk food and only eat it in special ocassions e.g.: you are abroad and you eat some local food that can be considered unhealthy/junk food or just continue with it while doing everything I can to not age, I'm turning 24 tomorrow so it's getting dangerous.
