shut the fuck up redneck boomer dadThat means you gotta get out there and figure out what works for you. You gotta throw yourself into it. Sink or swim.
Go work on an oil rig. Go do a couple months in an Alaska fishery. Go to Florida and do roofing for a year. Start hopping freight trains and survive for a year or two without any money.
All these things can be good learning experiences. The possibilities are endless if you know where to look.
Go out and make a man out of yourself. You'll figure out who you are, where you stand, and what you want pretty quickly.
I'm about the farthest thing from a redneck there is. You're just a pussy. Enjoy your comfortable lifestyle.shut the fuck up redneck boomer dad

I never said I did those things numb nuts. They were suggestions. When I was 18 though I worked on a pipeline crew from Wyoming to Colarado.i know you're not fucking larper
you never did any of those things
they are way harder than you think and ruins your body
It depends on what kind of perspective you have going into it. Personally I find public speaking, hosting events, and working in sales to be more stressful. Physical labor amongst other men is easy and builds character. You don't have to wear a mask, or worry about being a certain way in order to appeal to co-workers/customers. Everyone's very direct, and you never have to deal with any passive aggressive bullsh*t that comes with working in an office. You just simply do what you're told to do, and learn to deal with conflicts like a man. That is a huge looksmin due to stress what you are suggesting
thats crazy nglI never said I did those things numb nuts. They were suggestions. When I was 18 though I worked on a pipeline crew from Wyoming to Colarado.
I don't need to larp. My life experiences are rich enough. I'm here to help people. And trigger soft retarded folks like yourself, who's balls haven't dropped yet.

You don't have to go and make a career out of it. Just do it for a spell. You can learn a lot about different walks of life, yourself.
Like I mentioned before, I've worked in construction. It was a good experience. When I was 19-20 I did a short 9 month stint in the military as well. I also lost more than a year and a half of my life to heavy drug use (crystal meth).

One time, after blowing $8,000 on ice over a period of 6 months I found myself stuck in a 3rd world country (Cambodia) with no phone, no computer (I had broken my laptop in a meth rage), and 500 riel to my name (4,000 riel = $1). I spent 7 days without food, and one night on the streets, at one point before finally getting a job. It took six months before I finally earned enough money to get myself out of Cambodia. For the first three of those months I was constantly hungry, and working 16 hours a day. That was back when I was 26. After everything's said and done, it was one of the best experiences of my life. I wouldn't trade it for anything.

I'm 33 years old.
Comfortable enough. Not stable though. Just waiting till this covid situation's over with so I can get on with the next chapter of my life.thats crazy ngl
i respect your journey but i wouldnt want to live like that where it would hurt my health. you can do those things when youre young but there are consequences
i guess your comfortable now?
i get your feeling but at some point you have to call it quits. you are 33 now and your body can only take abuse for so many years. a minor hernia or fracture can hinder you for weeks. my opinion is you should prepare for the future of being comfortableComfortable enough. Not stable though. Just waiting till this covid situation's over with so I can get on with the next chapter of my life.
Comfort's something I've learned to avoid. The best thing that ever happened to me was getting fired from my job when I was 23. I'd worked there 3 years, and it was the most comfortable job I'd ever had. I had a nice car, a decent apartment, a pretty nice income and excellent benefits. Sometimes I have nightmares that I'm still working there, comfortable but not going anywhere.
Yeah, I plan to prepare for my future as soon as I can. I'm waiting to go back to the States. I've got a bit of money to invest when I get there. After that I want to get into long haul (OTR) trucking. I'll work that job two years tops, and try to invest at least 90% of what I make. The money's good and I won't have to waste my earnings on paying somebody rent. During that time I'm gonna also learn everything I can about personal finance/investing. After trucking I'll do three more years in different high paying jobs. Alaska fisheries is something I've always been interested in. After five years total, working hard and investing here and there, I'm gonna buy a cheap piece of property, as "off the grid" as possible, and build a small comfortable house on it. Then I might go back abroad for a few more years.i get your feeling but at some point you have to call it quits. you are 33 now and your body can only take abuse for so many years. a minor hernia or fracture can hinder you for weeks. my opinion is you should prepare for the future of being comfortable
