Brachy is just short skull, that means less projected neurocranium which holds back forward growth. That's part of the reason why Asians have shit maxilla. And his lower maxilla is recessed it's obvious by the lips, the nose and the folds. i live in iran and am highly skeptical as a person in general let alone about going under the knife

Don't live out the rest of your days like this. Sure being a passive/anxious person comes a lot from your environment and genetics which you had no control over. And if u want to change it will take time and effort. But you have to be serious about this. Your life isn't over by any means. You can become someone worth looking up to, by gaining money and thus status. With your looks and let's say 10k euros per month (very achievable, if you're putting in the work) you can live a good life and even get a very attractive looking woman and do whatever you want from there. Have a group of friends who support eachother/work together.

Many would kill to be in your shoes, even if your life isn't good right now but just because of your potential. For looksmax just maxxing out softmaxx like i said and getting jaw fillers/implants would put you in a pretty good place especially at your age and getting an okayish physique will make u a high value male if you are able to get some money.
