I eat 1500calories and fo 300 calories cardio everyday but im still fat

Why fo i still have bf of 18%
 
You started probably with too few calories and now your metabolism ''adapted'' to this calories and don't want loss weight. Up a little calorie for like 1-2 week, and then start cutting again.

how long before you started? btw going from 22 to 18 percdent bf will look almost the same in the mirror. only below 18 can you notice changes easily
 
Give it some time. Weight loss is a long process. One day you'll wake and have a visible six-pack out of nowhere, when a few days prior you were still a fat fuck.
 
give it a week, and if you dont lose at least 0.5lbs drop to 1200cal
 
but remember its gonna take time, a lot more time than you expected, what i thought would be a 4 week cut turned into an 8 week one to get the results i wanted
 
Not eating enough protein.
Eating too many carbs, sugar, sodium.
Low testosterone and growth hormone.

Thats called metabolic adaptation. I wont explain cuz Im too tired but briefly its over

I was mocked for being a Looksmax user by people on a bodybuilding discord server.
