I either eat none to very little carbohydrates too which means my diet mostly consists of red meat in general including other meat sources like chicken, fish, pork and eggs

Just do that and up the caffeine then see the difference you can make…

Carbs are good though, for the gym
On the long run it may not however I do cycle them whenever I workout then later throughout the day I cut it out. It’s important to have a few in the morning

I have also noticed before bed if I don’t eat enough carbs I have sleep problems so I also eat a few then too
