Breakfast
-Salmon filet
-MIso soup
-Water 1L+electrolytes
Lunch
-2 apples
-Blueberries if in season
-one cup goat milk
-Water 1L +electrolytes
Dinner(4-6pm)
-Steak with blue cheese sauce
-Shrimps
-800ml water+electrolytes
I take supplements like multivitamin, Zinc, magnesium, Choline, Curcumin with piperine everyday as well.
I find that with this diet I can work/read stuffs for Uni more than other foods that normie eat. Also, I read that many plants/veggies have Salicylate/Oxalate which is bad for humans. As plants used those as defense mechanism from being eaten.
