I either go travelling or get surgery

Me and my friend want to go travelling after college, we’re thinking of going from Alaska to the bottom of South America. I don’t know what to do because with the money I’d spend on the trip, I could probably get most of my surgeries done with. I’m sure the trip would be amazing but so would getting surgery, I’m not sure what to do.

What surgery are you thinking of getting, because if you end up traveling you’ll be making memories with your friend that’ll last up until you die whereas if you get surgery you’d be in your bed rotting away while being in pain but you’d ascend
