Having good proportions and bones but ugly skin, a shitty hairstyle and excess weight is a crime. You just need to start taking care of yourself and taking pharmacology. I'm not such a lucky person, I have to think about fillers, threads, lipolytics and other crap until I have money for the operation. I recently had a thread inserted into my nose to lift the tip and it was a disaster, I was covered in a cold sweat and my gloves were dripping with it. Just appreciate what you have.

So far I have swelling, but overall my nose has lifted up just a little bit. I didn't expect much since it was just one thread and I was doing it for the first time. But I like what I see and plan to repeat it after my wound heals.
