So I have been going through of some of "The Looksmaxing Chanel" videos. He did and LL from 180 to 184 and only gained 4cm due to having to stop the prodecure cuz he got a so called pylonfracture. I dont know why he had to stop the LL due to that but yeah. I suppose he spent a shit ton of money just to gain 4 cm shit bro.

In another video he showed that he might have had a possible infection in one of his screws but im not sure
