As i said i feel guilt everytime i have a meal idk why it is happening but i do and it dosent matter what meal it is it can be eggs meat something healthy or something with almost 0 calories i still feel guilt i know i am going to bloat that i am never gonna have hallow cheaks i fell disgutet at myself i wanna stop eating. i know everyday looking into the mirror that i will be forever ltn bloated manlet
