I feel like different people live inside my head and control my actions

Whats this called alts? Alter egos, idk, somth i dont feel like its me, different personality, different everything, its like some clouds inside my head, i feel everything like not dizzy but i feel like frightened, like i cant move alot, like its a robot, very dry movements, rigid

I have a similar feeling but for me it feels like I'm an actor playing a role. My personality changes depending on type of person I'm talking to (unless it is a foid then I go into autist mode). I never feel like I'm actually myself when talking to others, maybe it is a coping mechanism to protect my ego I really don't know.
