Needing rhino after bimax is the expected outcome and I already had the feeling nigga that the movements don't look sufficient to make a difference and the widened nose will potentially make you look worse overall. I told you to consult with other better surgeons as well and then let the Brazilian surgeon do the exact movements.

People really underestimate this issue. Especially with jaw surgery that only features conservative movements, the overall looks degradation from widened nose can make you look worse overall.

bimax recovery is so brutal but i think rhino will be way easier in comparison
i dont think my surgeon could have done much more without dogmaxxing me

Dr haas? Honestly I am not too impressed by his before after results and I told him this in another thread before. We both agreed he is about on the same level as Ramieri who I also find mid at best. I know he is publishing stuff but does this guarantee that he actually produces great results? Not sure about that

But which Brazilian jaw surgeon would you put on the level of Raffaini or Walline? I dont think there is any and most people will then just use the argument that it's cheaper in Brazil so can't expect too much anyways.

Maybe there is some super based jaw surgeon hidden in the Brazilian Amazonas jungle who will give you Gunson tier ascensions.

The thing is tho you can only do so much in jaw surgery - also you have to remember the results they publish are a small handful of people since most would want to stay anonymous

Also Bim trained with Raffiani and routinely does big movements he's perfect if you want a huge genioplasty or need vertical movement done

nishka might as well just be maxed out regarding jaw surgery and haas did whatever was possible. I am also not sure if he even consulted with other surgeons or he just went with the first one which I find to be risky if it's not someone like Gunson or Walline tbh.

This seems to be quite the smart move anyways. Get a plan from one of the more expensive surgeons and then find a cheaper non insta maxed surgeon who does custom plates and is open to work with you and realize the plan. Especially for people who are not as knowledgeable as you are. What do you think about that

my case was pretty obvious just some CCW and advancement
no downgrafting or CW or anything crazy
i am sure i will ascend from side the only thing fucking me up is the nose
