You have a lot of contrast to your face, pale skin with blonde hair and really full red lips. issue being the blonde hair looks dyed because you dont have light eyes. so it pops out more at first glance

Contrast is important for attraction but too much makes you look gay / freakish. Maybe dye your hair darker, hop on skin tanning peptides / supplements, and see what happens
