I feel like I'm getting uglier by the day, but I wanna max out everything. Need help

I've just turned 16, not too long ago. This is a weird angle, but my jaw doesn't look that small. I wanna lose a lot of my face fat and stomach fat, but really don't know what to do. I've been doing less calorie intake every day, but it really doesn't help me see progress. Also, I know people are gonna probably say, "you're asian its over" or some shit like that. I honestly don't care about that, I want genuine advice to help me lose my fat and gain a better frame. (I know my nose is big, but if I lose more fat, I think it will help that.)

Caloric deficit should be working if not your doing it wrong, hit the gym and make sure to do cardio and don't forget to hit your macros too. mirin username :LOL: if your above 20% bf dont even bother with debloating
 
Got any recommendations besides working out? Or is that like the biggest thing?
if i was u i would just inject, but diet is very important ur asian so u prob eat alot of soy, rice, etc so i would cut most that shit out

Imma be so honest, I don't eat any of that. I've cut out rice from my diet because it turns into high carbs. I eat a lot of meat daily because I get steak for cheap from my dad's butcher place. Something I haven't done is eat greens.
