I know this just isn't possible with the calories I'm eating (1200 a day) but since I've hit 15-18% BF, i cant really see any difference over the past month,

Just wondering if this is normal, I've cut down from 27% so obviously the progress is more visible at the start, I'm just a little confused?

I'm on Test, plus bad hormones cant stop basic thermodynamics

ur gut gets smaller because of ur low caloric intake thats why progress slows down u stop being hungry and no dont remove more calories just maintain for now being at this much calories will just waste time for u
