These play such a big role in your physique and people just don’t talk about it enough you could have so much muscle yet look like a framecel just cus u have bad insertions and especially your clavicles. Lmk if you understand

yeah if you have bad insertions and bone structure your muscle mass will affect your smv much less than if you had good insertions.
but always better off to have more muscle mass than low muscle mass, even for bad insertionscels
