But there are some ppl on this forum that are so highiq and smart, whenever they post anything it's like I dont know anything anymore. How did they gain there knowledge. I know for a fact there is no way they all found out this information about anatomy and the human face and all came to the same conclusion. Are people gatekeeping. If not how do I learn?

For example a north atlantid and a gracile mediterranid might have different facial measurements, but he labels them all into one category as "white". This doesn't account for the different proportions that different phenotype groups have. People like Chadify are better but it's nowhere near the objective rating system. But there are people on the website rating the actual bone structure such as an orbital bone tilt. I heard that word and all of a sudden I felt like I truly knew nothing

People are not gatekeeping, good guides get buried if they arent in BOTB. Search fat dissolving and pdo/pcl threads diy as a start.

He went to Eppley for a full skull implant plus a couple others. He also spent 200k on LL surgeries which is crazy commitment imo. Also, how is Steinbacher bluepilled, if he is literally playing with orbital bones. I dont belive it.

Start from the ground up, which it sounds like you've already done (like FaceIQ or whatever), then start reading books by craniofacial anthropomorphologists, like Leslie G. Farkas' book written way back in the day. It doesn't blab on and on about stupid blackpill "objective" face ratings, but anything you could POSSIBLY want to know will be in something like this.
