Fucking hell, after I decided to get rid of my Xbox 360, my mom let me go to the gym, and now look at this bullshit, I don't fucking go there, because I'm a lazy fat slob, I thought I would do it this time, ok not the last time but this time I have to do it, right?, fuck no, I always fail at this gym bull shit, I will never get muscular with this garbage mindset, I need something to snap, quickly, I need to change this mess, I haven't gone to the gym for 4 days, I never do, I don't do shit there, I don't have any discipline, I still eat like shit, man this all really sucks for me

Textbook ADHD.

You went as far as to get rid of your xbox and harass your mom into letting you go to the gym all just to improve, but still can't take action. That tells me you have some kind of inner drive, aren't actually lazy and probably have some sort of executive dysfunction in your brain.

If you were actually lazy, you would not be having an existential breakdown right now and would be fine just sitting there watching terminator and shit. So let's stop that "lazy" narrative right in it's tracks.

What you need is an ADHD diagnosis so they can put you on stimulants. Your executive dysfunction is likely caused by malfunctioning dopamine activity.

When you do finally do something you don't want to do, is it easy or difficult to maintain momentum once you actually start doing it?

I'm not gonna have a diagnoses or anything, but someone did recommend I take adderal or something so I can be more active and focused, of course I didn't take it, when I started going to the gym early on, I went for 3-5 days, skipped one, well whatever we'll go tomorrow, did some more and then now it's day 17 th and I've skipped 5 days, so yeah, my diet btw has been shit the entire time

Yea I'll try calisthenics for now, the gym is a bit of a stretch because I have to make a long route there and I always skip half the days of the month, so I think I'll just fix my diet first and do calisthenics at home, I have a dumbbell laying around anyway

At least he can write lmao, i think his brain is cooked beyond repair, my ethnic brain feels the 10% black influence on attetion and impulse control, so gym is good at this nigga

What did you do for calisthenics
Pull ups, chin ups, dips, abs raise, muscle ups, inverted dips, forearm training on dip bar, pushing your legs in the air while holding the pull up bar

Massive growth if training everyday with high reps, street calisthenics shit while listening to music, add weights, some tren & test cycles and you are good to go
