Genuinely how. I’m not any leaner and the cravings are greater than ever (2 weeks in).

I’m eating 1300cal a day + extra carbs for energy every 3 days and getting great micros


I genuinely don’t understand I’m so pissed and I want a fucking cheeseburger

If u cut too hard ur body goes into survival mode and you dont lose any fat

So I need to increase the calories? Why can’t I just cut to low% this is so complicated. Even on gear I can’t look good it’s truly over for me

Scale has gone down 2lbs…. In 2 weeeks…. And I look fatter if anything it’s probably muscle loss :lul:

Try diuretics to get rid of water from your body. Alternatively, live for a week on water with salt so that your body starts living off the remaining fat

Try filling up on fruits and vegetables. Potatoes are a good food for losing weight, since they’re very filling. I lost 30 lbs on a potato diet.

Wouldn’t I loose all my muscle mass with the latter option? I’m trying to look shredded and that requires atleast some muscle…. I’ll look into diuretics tho

yea I was a bit heavier than u but it took me bout a year to down to get lean aesthetic. it’s brutal too because of the excess skin. also losing weight fast fucks up ur hormone profile, which can cause hair loss. type shi

So how many calories should I aim for, I’m trying to get sub 12% with vascularity so I can look good facially as well.

same ive been cutting for about 2 months now on 1300 cals, im down like 6 kg (mostly water ik) yet i still look the same, ik it takes months up to a year to actually see change but its brutal dieting so aggressive and for so long just to not see any change or see very minimal change

I would consume a normal amount of calories and do more physical activity. But well who I am to give advice.
Your face width makes it look more bloated/fat than what it is take that into account.

I’m basically fucking starving bro my appetite is so high I can eat 5k cal in a day easily and feel amazing

Just eat your young and growing. The reason you look like you haven’t even hit puberty yet is because you’re not eating enough.

List is too long to type out but it’s like hgh, some igf1 stuff, other random peptides

All from a different user. Currently tracing height on a stadiometer from the anavar so I’ll know if I can even grow

Dude I’m done growing I have a 19yr bone age I’m doing drugs to try and get another inch but it’s pretty much over
 
Fatter than other lean people. But it's not something to stress about, just do your thing and train properly.
I am definitely worried abt it I’ve been fat since I was born I basically have no idea what my facial structure looks like

So what you need to understand is that when going for a crazy deficit your body can hold on to a lot of water and shit


if you are TRULY eating 1300 calories it’s impossible for you to be not losing fat


You are probably tracking wrong if you genuinely arent losing fat

And “starvation mode” is not real

Neat does lower a bit but your actual bmr (your metabolism) doesn’t lower much
