I feel pain in my chest when i think about a girl finding me attractive

It's like fear and pain at the same time fear of failure that I won't ascend and pain from my low esteem because when I think of a girl finding me attractive I just can't imagine it anymore and the girls that do actually find me attractive I can't approach them because of my low self esteem
