I think it's how I always feel, but the contrast is extreme compared to yesterday's high-energy, which is why I am so annoyed by it today.

0 hunger, lethargic, 0 energy to do anything, no interest in anything. Essentially I am like a plant just rotting away in my room, even posting on .org brings me no joy. Can't even bring myself to read @PROMETHEUS 's analysis of me yet.

Going to dose on 2 cans of redbull now, see if it does anything tbh. fuark.

I am on a large kcal deficit, leanmaxxing, may have something to do with it.
But just had great dinner. Waiting for the food to digest maybe I will gain energy too.

1.8k kcal here. It's a minimum I need to not lose too much muscle while gymcelling and to get enough protein with a 'normal' diet instead of having to focus too hard on extreme-protein dense foods.

Redbull will help raise your energy levels which I think is good as a temporary fix

When I have days like this, I find it helps to accomplish any task that’s an easy quick win with low effort, like cleaning

Sounds gay but it works to elevate mental state

Yeah I workout, I am on a good streak finally. Don't have any injuries, not struggling with any joints. Had a long period of time where there was always 'some issue'. Now finally I am getting back to my old strength while also losing weight.

Relatable. My morning routine is utter shit honestly, instead of starting me up I tend to wake up in this slow calm relaxed way where only 3hours later I am finally able to start doing productive shit.

Which honestly isn't that bad, low cortisol, low stress. But it's not allowing me to do the things I want to get done in a day.

some people wake up at extremely early hours, like 4:30 AM, so they can do relaxing shit before the day really starts

Rather than fasting for 3 months to reach 10%, maybe extend it to 6 months using the healthy approach

The carbs will fuel your workout and the protein will help you build muscle – both working synergistically to improve your fat loss and muscle building

If you're looking pale and have low energy then clearly this extreme approach isn't right for you

I'd say learn the basics of nutrition and exercise

For exercise, you clearly already have a really good routine based on your 10k+ daily steps. I'd say keep doing that

For nutrition, eat a balanced diet of carbs, protein & fats since carbs gives you energy to workout, protein repairs your muscles and fats keeps your T levels in check. Try to get these from healthy sources rather than junk for the nutrients

Also, cut out the DPH if you still use that shit
