Lunch
-granola bars, fish fingers, sheimps.



Dinner
-big af meal could be Japanese chicken curry with rice or Bibibup, or beef steak homemade , salmon with sauce.


Ofc 1 gallon of water spreading out throughout the day.


That break and lunch because I try to limit carb face and protein will help me feel satiated during the day. Also less blood sugar crash and less postprandial hypotension and hypoglycemia from small meals.


Big dinner to suffice the total daily calories and fasted 3-4h before bed for better night time wuality sleep.

Try to eat at least 3-4 eggs per day. Drink raw milk/kefir/sauerkraut for gut health.

Meal #1: Chicken breast and veg (750 cals - 120g Protein)

Meal #2: Potatoes & Steak (750 cals - 50g Protein)

1500 cals total while hitting high protein intake and also being full the whole day

I don't understand the question, are you asking how to prepare it so you can store it? If so, I'd scramble it and put it in an air-tight container I guess.

Good, only use coconut oil, lard and butter for cooking then. Also check ingredient lists and if they have any seed oils or nitrates/nitrites don’t eat it

Good diet then overall, just cut granola bars and switch for fruits and change one of your fish meals for meat, most optimal would be liver, or if you can’t do that, buy chicken thighs (SKIN ON!!!), or 80/20 beef

Can you not see the mixed vegs and steak I added to the daily plan. Those two alone contain more nutrients than you probably eat each day

Technically it still has micronutrients like B6 phosphorus and selenium but you're not supposed to only eat that everyday, other meat is more nutritious than it yeah but it's main appeal for those people is the protein
