Maybe, they have whore Pheno, and usually their hair is dyed, it's rare to find a true blonde haired brown eyed woman since most of them lose their hair color when they are younger

Eye color doesn't make a difference towards attraction imo. Shape, ratios, and eyelashes/eyebrows are what makes or breaks the eyes.
