I find it comical how I used to get anxious once I reached a 3 month dry spell

For the last few years a 6-12 month dry spell has been my baseline

After turning 18 I always managed to get a slay after 3 months apart from one 8 month dry spell
I also went through a phase where 2 weeks without a new slay felt like a dry spell

what happened to those days?
