I found the cause of my nct! but...

I have figured that my negative canthal tilt is caused by a lack of under eye support. In fact I don't have severe NCT but my outer eye droops dramatically and come back up which exaggerates my NCT. My problem starts here as idk how to fix it, implants are out of the question so I'm considering volufiline but people have said it doesn't work. What should I do??
