You are going into the range of hypotheticals. Regardless of possibly stunting, we can see with his sister who's 5'5, that his genetic target even if he had average-slightly high growth hormone levels was around 5'10-5'11 (average height). There's nothing that can explain the extra inches that he achieved besides from the HGH. He didn't suffer from pituitary gland damage, he just doesn't naturally produce much HGH, lol, and was put on crazy amounts which led to subsequent growth.
