So I just got Aqualyx from the UK around two days ago and I decided to inject the entire vial that night. I did 20 points on each cheek with 20 units .2ml in each point for 4ml per cheek. Well, when I got to the 15th point on my left cheek, I held it at 30° instead of 45° (keep in mind I’m baked as fuck doing this for the pain) and I injected it and turned the skin white.
I did the WORST thing after and tried to extract the fluid out with more needles and the whiteness went away but it started to bleed. Afterwards there was a hive-like bump that I tried gently massaging and I thought it was getting better.
A day later after my work, I checked it again and it’s starting to turn red around the affected area and I am 99% sure it’s necrotizing because ATP the skin is looking wrinkler. I just need some thoughts on how it looks and am freaked the fuck out right now and currently look like chipmunk. Any at home treatments if possible before I got to the ER tonight?
