I fucking hate my thyroid issues

For the past 7-8 months I've had thyroid issues and it still hasn't been fixed.
Did blood tests, tsh is good T3 A T4 are good. But the fucking dumb ass doctors still don't know what I have.
I am 98% it's thyroid issues.
I've stopped working out because of it.
I feel so tired and weak like this is my lowest point in life.
I feel like someone is fucking choking me on my neck. I everytime I swallow anything from food to drinks to yes my own spits it fucking irratites. Like there's a fucking bug whose holding on my thyroid and fucking him. I can't with this, I've went to the hospital to check it do some heart tests something like that and it's still fine. Like I swear these bitch ass doctors don't know what I have I can't continue like this.
I honestly rather stab a guy then keep feeling like this.

Its this guy called ray peat he was a doctor that basically focused on thyroid a lot

I respect the fuck out of this guy cuz his methods accually work
Go on raypeat.com or like ask chatgpt what he was preaching

Ik he is popular and ppl who like him are called larp dietitian fans but his shit is really good

I didint have thyroid issues (at least i havent checked ) but i never felt better after implementing his shit
Overall levels of energy, stability etc.
Even getting sick is hard for me
