I thought you hate pseudointellectuals whole thought process started when I saw @0_angularity_0 make a video today.
it was about this thumbnail and title and I decided to go on YouTube and watch a couple minutes and skip around a little bit to see what the video is about. the lady and the video and the people she interviews have these annoying ass voices where I wouldn't be able to take them seriously anyways, but they act like they know everything around them instead of stopping to ask questions and then do research and answer the questions in the video from both perspectives.
Don't get me wrong. I love a good video essay, even if it counteract my world for you, but I at least wanna see one that asks questions and tries to answer them instead of a random midwit foid thinking she understands everything that's going on around her.
Same thing goes with pseudo philosophers. I ghosted my cousin who I was super close with because he became a little bitch and I always see his discord statuses where he tries to say some fake deep thing that makes him sound smart and deep. There's also this other dude who I went to high school with who thinks he's a philosopher. let me get this straight I think it's cool to study philosophy and have your own worldview but you're only a philosopher if you've dedicated years of study and possibly even created a new concept, if you haven't done that, you're just regurgitating info that you've heard from TikTok.
