Sweetener of choice (I use sucralose and maltodexterin)
Sprinkle of xanthan gum (optional)

400g of sugar, another 200g sugar from berries and some yogurt
I use artificial sweeter and berries are low in sugar

The carbs are high for gym performance in a surplus.
I usually cut back on the wheat germ on a cut.
But the overall purpose of this meal is micronutrient density

Just:
500g 0 fat yogurt
80g blueberries
No fiber no extra shit cuz calories
Sweetener (Erythritol)

Then sleep sups and pass out for 8.5 hours
