I genuinely have no friends IRL or online

I don't have a single person outside of school who I hang out with. It's been genuinely over a year since I've done anything with someone outside of school hours . I don't even really ever message anyone online (except my e-girlfriend but she's mad at me now ). Dude I don't understand how I suck so much at this. Genuinely how

I mean I go to the park commonly and play with people, except it's usually really young kids who ask to join me. Sometimes I play with people my age, but I only say a couple words to them since I'm high-inhib. I haven't had an actual close friend who I've hung out with for years for sure.

Like going through my phone, the only people I have are my family members.
Online friends, yeah sure a couple, but none are close
