I go from feeling on top of the world to suicidal

Last Thursday and friday for example i felt good, confident and very optimistic. I went outside a lot, socialized and the world felt lovely and kindly.

A couple days later i feel depressed, suicidal and pessimistic.

Absolutely brutal.
I knew something like this was coming after those good 2 days.

because nothing in our lives is actually good: there’s just moments where we forget how bad it really is

At this point I don’t even know whether “feelings” actually exist

A lot of the time I just overthink and invent problems
