I dont know much much it is, but i am pretty sure it isnt expensive

It's not over yet; I’d suggest using isotretinoin (it permanently shrinks sebaceous glands, reducing the size of the nose and sebum buildup) and betamethasone to thin it out. These two should help, but prioritize getting a rhinoplasty performed by a competent doctor. Oh, and make sure to look into the side effects, duration of use, and other details for each of the medications I mentioned.
