I’ve always had issues with my digestion (bloating, gas etc.). Every time I’ve consumed cheese, yogurt, or drank normal milk i felt like shit and was getting acne.
Around 1 year ago I got tested and confirmed my assumptions that I’m actually lactose intolerant.
Since then I've been drinking lactose free milk, and I've got no issues whatsoever while digesting it.
The issue is, the lactose free milk tastes sweeter because the lactose is converted into glucose and then galactose, both of which are naturally sweeter than lactose.
It’s superior to regular milk in terms of taste.
I'm able to open 1-2 bottles and simply drink them right to the bottom without even thinking.
When I get home, first thing I think about is going to the fridge and sucking on that milk.
I've lacked milk for the last two days and I must say I cannot control myself anymore. I keep thinking of the cap of that bottle of milk, and I so much want to open it and take a sip….
Help.
